Corgi Space & Satellite Communications ETF Risk. The Corgi Space & Satellite Communications ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the space and satellite communications ecosystem, including satellite constellation operators, launch service providers, satellite manufacturers and component suppliers, ground station and terminal operators, Earth observation and geospatial data platforms, navigation and timing services, and enabling communications payload and software technologies. Because the Fund concentrates in space and satellite companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on launch success rates, government space and defense budgets, spectrum allocation and regulatory developments, satellite technology reliability, commercial demand for connectivity and data services, and the financial viability of pre-revenue space ventures. Many companies in this sector are early-stage with high capital requirements, significant technology development risk, and dependence on a limited number of government and commercial customers. The space industry is subject to launch failures, orbital debris risks, regulatory uncertainty regarding spectrum and orbital slots, and geopolitical risks affecting international partnerships and export controls. The Fund may invest in select private companies through special purpose vehicles, subject to the Fund’s 15% illiquid investment limit, which may carry additional liquidity, valuation, and information risk. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
