Corgi Aerospace & Commercial Aviation ETF Risk. The Corgi Aerospace & Commercial Aviation ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the development, manufacturing, operation, and enabling of aerospace and commercial aviation infrastructure, including airframe OEMs, propulsion systems, avionics, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, aircraft leasing, and passenger and cargo air carriers. Because the Fund focuses on aerospace and commercial aviation companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on aircraft production schedules, airline demand and profitability, aviation safety regulations, fuel costs, trade policies, supply chain disruptions, and geopolitical conditions. Companies in this sector may face long production cycles, capital-intensive operations, government regulatory oversight, and cyclical demand tied to macroeconomic conditions. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
