Corgi Bay Area Based ETF Risk. The Corgi Bay Area Based ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, with significant concentration in the technology sector. Because the Fund focuses on a single geographic region, its performance will depend to a greater extent on regional economic conditions, technology sector health, California state tax policy, and cost-of-living dynamics that affect corporate operations and talent retention. The Fund is exposed to risks from natural disasters (including earthquakes and wildfires), regulatory changes at the state level, and concentration in companies that may be disproportionately affected by technology sector downturns. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk. In addition, the fund is subject to general equity market volatility and may experience amplified fluctuation due to its industry concentration.
