Corgi Coffee & Energy Drinks ETF Risk. The Corgi Coffee & Energy Drinks ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies that derive a meaningful portion of their revenue from caffeinated beverages, including specialty coffee chains, energy drink manufacturers, and supply-chain participants. Because the Fund focuses on companies in the food and beverage industry, its performance will depend to a greater extent on commodity price volatility (particularly coffee bean and sugar prices), changing consumer preferences, regulatory developments regarding ingredient safety and labeling, and competitive dynamics in the global beverage market. Many smaller holdings may have limited product diversification and depend heavily on consumer discretionary spending. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk. In addition, the fund is subject to general equity market volatility and may experience amplified fluctuation due to its industry concentration.
