Corgi Robots & Humanoids ETF Risk. The Corgi Robots & Humanoids ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the development, manufacturing, deployment, and operation of robotics and embodied AI systems, including industrial robots, collaborative robots, mobile robots, warehouse automation, humanoid systems, surgical robots, drones and autonomous platforms, sensors and vision systems, actuators and motion control, embedded compute, robotics software stacks, simulation tools, and system integrators. Because the Fund focuses on robotics and automation companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on technology development timelines, regulatory approval for autonomous systems, manufacturing adoption rates, labor market dynamics, and competitive dynamics among established industrial companies and well-funded startups. Many companies in this sector face significant execution risk, high R&D costs, and uncertain market timing for commercial deployment of humanoid and autonomous systems. Humanoid robotics in particular is a nascent category where most companies are pre-revenue or early-revenue with substantial capital requirements. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk. In addition, the fund is subject to general equity market volatility and may experience amplified fluctuation due to its industry concentration.
