Corgi Data & Surveillance ETF Risk. The Corgi Data & Surveillance ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies that provide data analytics platforms, surveillance systems, government intelligence technology, and public safety solutions. Because the Fund focuses on government contracting and security technology, its performance will depend to a greater extent on government budget appropriations, political priorities, and public sentiment regarding surveillance and privacy. Companies in this sector are heavily reliant on classified and sensitive government contracts subject to security clearance requirements, political and budgetary risk, and potential shifts in data privacy legislation. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
