The Corgi Beauty, Skincare & Aesthetics ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the development, manufacturing, branding, distribution, and retail of beauty, skincare, and aesthetics products and services, including cosmetics and skincare brands, haircare and fragrance, dermatology-related consumer products, beauty devices, professional salon and aesthetic services, specialty and mass retail distribution, direct-to-consumer and digital commerce platforms, contract manufacturing, formulation and ingredient suppliers, and packaging providers. Because the Fund focuses on beauty and aesthetics companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on changing consumer preferences, social media-driven trend cycles, product liability and ingredient safety developments (including evolving regulations such as the U.S. Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act and EU REACH), supply chain disruptions for specialty ingredients, medical device regulatory approvals for aesthetics products, and intense competitive dynamics in the global personal care market. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
