The Corgi Shipping & Global Logistics ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies operating the global maritime trade network, including container shipping lines, dry bulk carriers, tanker operators, and port logistics companies. Because the Fund focuses on maritime shipping, its performance will depend to a greater extent on global trade volumes, freight rate cycles, fuel costs, fleet supply-demand dynamics, and geopolitical conditions affecting trade routes. Shipping companies are highly cyclical and may experience amplified volatility during periods of trade disruption, port congestion, or excess vessel capacity. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
