Corgi High Voltage Grid Equipment ETF Risk. The Corgi High Voltage Grid Equipment ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies that manufacture and deploy high-voltage electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, power cables, and grid modernization technology. Because the Fund focuses on electrical grid infrastructure, its performance will depend to a greater extent on utility capital expenditure cycles, government infrastructure spending policies, commodity input costs (copper, steel, electrical steel), and regulatory approval processes. Demand is heavily influenced by the pace of electrification, data center power requirements, and renewable energy integration mandates. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
