The Corgi Digital Banking & Fintech Infrastructure ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the development, deployment, and operation of digital banking and fintech infrastructure, including neobank platforms, payment processors, lending engines, banking-as-a-service providers, identity verification, fraud analytics, and regulatory technology. Because the Fund focuses on digital banking and fintech infrastructure companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on evolving regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, cybersecurity risks, interest rate environments, and intense competition from both traditional financial institutions and new fintech entrants. Digital banking and fintech companies may face changing capital adequacy requirements, data privacy mandates, and anti-money-laundering compliance burdens. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
