Corgi Buy Now Pay Later ETF Risk. The Corgi Buy Now Pay Later ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the buy-now-pay-later and embedded lending ecosystem, including installment platform operators, payment processors, card-issuing networks, credit underwriting and risk analytics providers, identity verification and fraud prevention services, merchant integration platforms, and embedded finance infrastructure. Because the Fund concentrates in BNPL and installment lending companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on consumer credit conditions, regulatory developments affecting installment lending, interest rate environments, competition among BNPL providers and traditional credit card issuers, and the pace of merchant and consumer adoption of installment payment products. Companies in this sector face risks related to consumer credit losses, regulatory reclassification of BNPL products as credit, changes in merchant fee structures, technology and competitive disruption, and dependence on consumer spending levels. The regulatory landscape for BNPL is evolving rapidly across multiple jurisdictions, including potential federal regulation in the United States, the EU Consumer Credit Directive II bringing BNPL under unified European regulation, and new licensing requirements in Australia and the United Kingdom. New regulations requiring creditworthiness assessments, enhanced disclosures, or licensing may materially impact provider business models and profitability. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
