Corgi Sports Betting & Gambling ETF Risk. The Corgi Sports Betting & Gambling ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the operation and enablement of sports betting and broader gambling markets, including sportsbook operators, casino operators, iGaming platforms, lottery and pari-mutuel wagering, betting technology providers, odds and data services, risk management and integrity tools, media and affiliate channels, payments and identity verification, geolocation and compliance infrastructure, and related technology and service providers. Because the Fund focuses on sports betting and gambling companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on the pace of state-by-state legalization, regulatory licensing requirements, tax rate changes at the state and federal level, responsible gaming mandates, and intense competitive dynamics among operators. Regulatory risk is particularly elevated as requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction, and adverse regulatory changes (including new taxes, advertising restrictions, or licensing limitations) could materially impact revenue and profitability. The Fund’s performance is also sensitive to consumer discretionary spending, the outcome of key sporting events, and reputational risks associated with the gambling industry. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
