Corgi IP Licensing & Royalties ETF Risk. The Corgi IP Licensing & Royalties ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies that derive a material portion of their revenue from intellectual property licensing, patent royalties, brand and content franchising, standards-essential patent licensing, pharmaceutical royalty interests, precious metals streaming and royalty agreements, and other IP monetization models. Because the Fund concentrates in IP-driven businesses, its performance will depend to a greater extent on patent validity challenges, litigation outcomes, changes to patent law and IP frameworks, standards adoption timelines, licensee financial health, the commercial relevance of underlying patents and copyrights, pharmaceutical patent expiry schedules, commodity prices affecting mineral royalty values, and regulatory developments affecting licensing practices. Royalty and streaming businesses may have limited control over the operations of their licensees or counterparties. Companies holding standards-essential patents may face regulatory pressure to license on fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) terms that constrain pricing power. Pharmaceutical royalty companies are exposed to drug approval failures, generic competition, and patent challenges. Precious metals streaming and royalty companies are exposed to commodity price volatility, mine operational risk, and counterparty credit risk. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
