Corgi Lifestyle Brands ETF Risk. The Corgi Lifestyle Brands ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the development, branding, marketing, and sale of consumer lifestyle goods and services, including apparel, footwear, accessories, outdoor and recreation goods, athleisure, premium basics, specialty retail, direct-to-consumer and digital commerce platforms, brand licensing and merchandising, and marketing, distribution, and supply chain capabilities that support global lifestyle brands. Because the Fund focuses on lifestyle brand companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on changing consumer preferences, fashion trend cycles, discretionary spending levels tied to macroeconomic conditions, inventory management risks, supply chain disruptions (including raw material costs and shipping), competitive dynamics from fast fashion and direct-to-consumer entrants, and the ability of brands to maintain relevance across shifting cultural and demographic trends. The Fund’s exposure to apparel and footwear companies may make it sensitive to seasonal demand patterns, weather conditions, promotional activity, and foreign currency fluctuations for companies with significant international operations. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
