Corgi Travel & Leisure ETF Risk. The Corgi Travel & Leisure ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies powering the global travel economy, including hotel chains, online travel agencies, cruise lines, airlines, and leisure infrastructure operators. Because the Fund focuses on travel and hospitality, its performance will depend to a greater extent on consumer discretionary spending, economic cycles, fuel costs, labor availability, and geopolitical conditions. Travel companies are cyclical and vulnerable to economic downturns, pandemics, geopolitical events, and natural disasters. Airlines face additional fuel cost hedging risk and labor union negotiation risk. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
