Corgi U.S. War Machine ETF Risk. The Corgi U.S. War Machine ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the U.S. defense industrial base and energy security, including prime defense contractors, weapons and munitions manufacturers, intelligence and mission software providers, cybersecurity firms, military logistics and sustainment companies, and oil and gas producers, refiners, midstream operators, and oilfield services providers. Because the Fund concentrates in defense and energy security companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on U.S. defense budget appropriations, geopolitical conditions, procurement policy changes, oil and gas commodity prices, energy regulation, and the pace of weapons system development and energy infrastructure deployment. Companies in this sector are heavily dependent on government spending priorities and commodity market dynamics, and changes in political leadership, threat assessments, budget sequestration, environmental regulation, or energy policy could materially impact fund performance. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
