Corgi Longevity Consumer ETF Risk. The Corgi Longevity Consumer ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies enabling healthspan extension and longevity, including wearable health devices, telemedicine platforms, personalized nutrition, regenerative medicine, and consumer health optimization. Because the Fund focuses on health and longevity companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on clinical and regulatory outcomes, consumer adoption of health technology, healthcare reimbursement policies, and competitive dynamics across biotechnology and consumer health. Many portfolio companies span early-stage biotech to consumer health, carrying varying degrees of clinical, regulatory, and market risk. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk.
